Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Hetzner. When you access the site, information transmitted by your browser is automatically stored in server log files: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, time of the server request and IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources and is used solely to ensure the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Log files are normally deleted after 14 days.

No cookies, no tracking

This website does not use cookies for analytics or marketing purposes and does not embed any third-party tracking or analytics tools. Your usage behaviour is not evaluated in any way.

Fonts

The fonts used on this website are hosted locally and served from our own server. There is no connection to Google Fonts or any other external font provider, so no data is transmitted to third parties for this purpose.

Getting in touch

If you contact us by email or phone, the data you provide (e.g. name, email address, phone number, content of your enquiry) is stored by us to process your request and in case follow-up questions arise (Art. 6 (1) (b) resp. (f) GDPR). We do not pass this data on without your consent and delete it once your enquiry has been fully dealt with and no statutory retention periods apply. We do not use a contact form.

This website links to external services such as our Rent Shop, eBattle.gg, Instagram, X and LinkedIn. No content from these services is embedded in our site; the respective provider's privacy policy only applies once you click a link.

Your rights

You have the right, at any time and free of charge, to request information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients, and the purpose of the processing, and, where applicable, a right to correction, restriction, or deletion of this data, as well as a right to data portability. You may withdraw any consent given at any time, with future effect, by emailing us.

Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR)

Where we process data on the basis of legitimate interests (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR), you have the right to object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then no longer process the data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests.

Right to lodge a complaint

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the GDPR. The authority responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Rhineland-Palatinate, Hintere Bleiche 34, 55116 Mainz, Germany,www.datenschutz.rlp.de.

SSL/TLS encryption

This site uses SSL/TLS encryption for security reasons. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser's address bar changes from "http://" to "https://".
